Shipping policy

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver all orders within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary based on shipping location.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number which can be used to track the delivery of the order on the carrier's website. In the event of a lost or damaged order, Spicify will replace the order at no cost to the customer or offer a full refund.
