Ingredients

Coriander, Salt, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Dry Mango, Cumin, Cinnamon, Ginger, Fenugreek Leaves, Asafoetida, Spices & Condiments (Not curry powder)

Step-by-Step Recipe for Aloo Sabzi

  • Boil 1 kg potatoes in a pressure cooker, peel, and keep aside.
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped green chillies and ginger. Cook for a while.
  • Add 300g chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes until soft.
  • Mix in 20g Spicify Aloo Sabzi Masala and salt to taste. Cook for a minute.
  • Semi-mash the boiled potatoes and add to the prepared masala mixture.
  • Add 5 cups of water and simmer for 5–7 minutes on low flame.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
